Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect colour or product selection
- Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
- Delayed delivery caused by the courier after dispatch

Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, preparation begins promptly.
For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have entered production or have been dispatched.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take great care in packaging every arrangement. If your order arrives damaged during transit or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
